The 2011 Universal Application Cycle includes a point incentive for green building certification. E3 Building Sciences, one of Florida’s LEED for Homes providers will be offering a free webinar on green building certification, which will include information on how to get certified through LEED, Florida Green Building Coalition, National Association of Homebuilders, and Energy Star. The Webinar will include a discussion about the differences between LEED for Homes, LEED for Homes-Midrise, and LEED NC. Multifamily builders seeking FHFC funding, green financing and green certification should view this webinar.
