Florida Housing has $10 million designated for foreclosure counseling from the National Mortgage Settlement. This funding will be allocated to:

Help prevent homeowners from going into foreclosure; and Provide at-risk homeowners with good financial management education to help them better manage their money and assist them with credit problems to become financially stable. Florida Housing will deliver these services through HUD approved housing counseling agencies (HCAs) that will carry out foreclosure counseling services and more extensive financial management education.

If you are in need of Foreclosure Counseling services, please contact an FCP agency by clicking here. If you have already received Foreclosure Counseling services, please continue to work with that agency if possible. If you select a new agency from the list, please notify that agency of your previous counseling.
